浅谈绿色设计在食品机械设计的中的应用

摘要:绿色设计源于人们对于现代技术文化所引起的环境及生态破坏问题的反思,它体现了设计师的道德和社会责任心的回归。绿色设计作为一种新的设计方法出现的时间并不长,还远没有达到完善的程度,很多具体的方法还有待研究,但作为一种新的设计理念,它的出现使人们看到了过去设计思想方法的不足,意识到了在过去长期的设计活动中,所忽视的产品设计与环境资源之间的关系和产品设计对环境、资源的影响。“绿色”的概念逐步走向社会和大众生活。因此,把“绿色”概念引入食品机械行业,食品机械绿色设计势在必行。本文首先对绿色设计进行了概述,然后详细探讨了食品机械绿色设计的要点,最后对食品机械并行式绿色设计方法做了简要探讨。

Abstract: the green design is the result of people for the modern technology of cultural environment and ecological destruction problems caused by reflection, it embodies the designer of the return of the ethical and social responsibility. Appears as a new design method of green design is not a long time, still far from perfect, many concrete ways remains to be seen, but as a new design concept, it make people see the past design thinking, conscious of the design activities in the past for a long time, neglected the relationship between product design and environmental resources and the impact of product design for the environment and resources. The concept of “green” gradually moves towards the society and public life. Therefore, introduce the concept of “green” food machinery, food machinery green design is imperative. This article first to the green design were summarized, and then discusses the main points of the food machinery green design in detail, finally, the parallel type food machinery green design methods are briefly discussed.

绿色设计概述

绿色设计就是以绿色技术为原则所进行的产品设计。所谓绿色技术或西方所说的“环境友善技术”,是以减轻环境污染或减少原材料、自然资源使用的技术、工艺或产品的总称。绿色设计的目的是克服传统设计的不足,使所设计的产品满足绿色产品的要求。它包含产品从概念形成到生产制造、使用乃至废弃后的回收、重用及处理处置的各个阶段,即涉及产品整个生命周期,是从摇篮到再现的整个过程。也就是说,要从根本上防止污染,节约资源和能源,关键在于设计与制造,不能等产品产生了不良的环境后果再采取防治措施,要预先设法防止产品及工艺对环境产生的负作用,然后再制造。这就是绿色设计的基本思想。

概言之,绿色设计是这样一种设计,即在产品整个生命周期内,着重考虑产品环境属性(可拆卸性、可回收性、可维护性、可重复利用性等),并将其作为
